Alia Bhatt, who gave birth to her daughter Raha last month, wrote a lengthy article about body acceptance and her postpartum experience. The actress shared a photo of herself doing aerial yoga and added: “After progressively reestablishing my connection to my core and under the complete supervision of my instructor Anshuka, I was able to try this inversion today, one and a half months after giving birth. My fellow mothers: after birth, pay attention to your body. Never do anything that your instincts warn you not to.” “During the first week or two of my exercises, all I did was breathe, walk, and rediscover my stability and balance again (and I still have a long way to go),” the actress continued.The actress discussed embracing body acceptance in her essay, writing: “Enjoy your time and what your body has accomplished. After all my body went through this year, I made a promise to myself to never again be hard on myself.
