The couple was spotted attending the Film Festival’s Women in Cinema event. Saif was questioned about the accomplishments of women in movies before going into the event. The actor mentioned a few female actors when talking about the subject, but he omitted to name his wife. He stated: “For starters, without women, cinema is bare. My favourite actresses go all the way back to Marlene Dietrich, Audrey Hepburn, and Charlize Theron when I think about prominent women in film.” Bebo quickly cut him off, “to your wife!” They all laughed when Saif said, “And to my beautiful wife.”
Additionally, Saif discussed his mother and legendary actress Sharmila Tagore. He stated: “When my mother was 16 years old, Satyajit Ray was in her debut film (Apur Sansar). Therefore, what women in movies signify to me is what I think feminine sensitivity and aggression, that whole element of nature, means.” Kareena also expressed her opinions, saying, “To commemorate the fact that women are leading the pack everywhere, including India, a huge variety of women from all over the world are travelling to be a part of this celebration. I’m glad there is a special day today since players everywhere are assuming such courageous roles.”
