New Delhi: Hrithik Roshan recently spoke with fitness guru Kris Gethin in a podcast about his bodily transformation, mental wellness, and other topics. During the interview, the actor said that he was “nearly on the point of depression” when filming War in 2019. “I feel as light and as swift as our previous change,” Hrithik Roshan stated, recalling those days. When I was performing War, I believed I was going to die. I wasn’t prepared for the film, and I was facing a significant obstacle.
I was attempting to reach perfection when I wasn’t prepared. I had adrenaline exhaustion after seeing the film. I couldn’t workout for 3-4 months since I wasn’t feeling well. I was on the edge of going insane. I was absolutely lost, and it was then that I realised I needed to make a difference in my life.”

, saying, “It doesn’t seem like it’s been 12 weeks. It’s been really fascinating and enjoyable. This has been a fantastic experience for me.
