On Thursday in Jaisalmer, veteran actor Sharmila Tagore celebrated her 78th birthday. To celebrate Sharmila’s birthday, everyone flew to Rajasthan, from Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor to Soha Ali Khan and Saba Ali Khan. On Instagram, they posted unposed photos taken during the cordial celebrations. In a photo that Kareena Kapoor and Sharmila uploaded, the two of them can be seen matching in black and wearing shawls around their shoulders. She posted a photo of her mother-in-birthday law’s along with the caption, “Happy birthday to my gorgeous mother-in-law.”
As everyone gathered for a cake-cutting ceremony, Saba Ali Khan also posted a photo of the gathering. The photo also includes a number of their close friends and family members. In the group photo, Saif and Kareena can be seen standing behind Saba while Soha is seated in front of Sharmila. Sharmila is pictured cutting the cake in the cake-cutting ritual while being flanked by Saba, Soha, Kareena, and Saif.

In Jaisalmer, Sharmila Tagore celebrates her birthday.

Additionally, Saba posted a photo of herself and Sharmila from Jaisalmer along with the message, “Joyful happy to U! Dear You, #sharmilatagore #ma #birthday #december #jaisalmer #serai.”
Sharmila has received two National Film Awards. Her roles in films like Kashmir Ki Kali, An Evening in Paris, Aradhana, Amar Prem, Chupke Chupke, Desh Premee, and many others have earned her recognition.
