Reliance The Jio Phone 5G device may be made available at some point in July 2022, according to a recent announcement by Jio. According to rumours, the device will have a Snapdragon 480+ SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. According to reports, the phone has a dual 13-megapixel rear camera system. Jio has not yet released any information about the alleged handset’s specifications.

According to a report by MySmartPrice, a device with the model number LS1654QB5 has been recorded in the BIS database. The listing does not, however, disclose any important information about the device, which is anticipated to debut as the Jio Phone 5G, as is typically the case with entries on BIS. The smartphone’s entry on the BIS website was confirmed by Gadgets 360.

The Jio Phone 5G is expected to ship with an out-of-the-box 90Hz refresh rate 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display and run Android 12 out-of-the-box. A Snapdragon 480+ SoC, along with Samsung’s 4GB LPPDDR4X RAM and 32GB of internal storage, might power the smartphone.

Additionally, a Syntiant NDP115 always-on AI processor is claimed to be housed inside the rumoured device.

The phone is rumoured to include a dual rear camera module with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor in it. The smartphone may have an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies.

The smartphone is anticipated to include a 5,000mAh battery with 18W rapid charging capability.

In addition, Reliance stated that it is collaborating with Google to produce a low-cost 5G smartphone, which may be the rumoured Jio Phone 5G. The product might be introduced in India in collaboration with LYF.
