New Delhi: Karan Johar has offered an update on his upcoming project. He posted a video from the set of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The video opens with montage scenes from Karan Johar’s past flicks. The post also includes behind-the-scenes footage of the film’s star actors Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, as well as the film’s director Karan Johar. The following text flashes over the screen: “7 years later, I’m returning to film, my first passion, with a family entertainer and taking the helm once more. Stay tuned.” The film also stars legendary actors Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi.

He is also frequently seen judging reality shows. With the film, Karan Johar returns to directing after a long absence. His most recent film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, starred Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor. In 2016, the film was released.
