New Delhi: In order to maintain the level of anticipation among their fans for their next movie Mission Majnu, Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna are taking no chances. The couple posted a new look poster on Saturday, revealing their unconventional love story one week after the teaser was released. Why strange? According to his co-stars, “iss Majnu ke kaam aur pyaar karneka tareeka alag hai” (this Majnu has a distinct attitude to work and love). Sidharth Malhotra is depicted as Tariq driving a scooter in the ad.Nasreen, portrayed by Rashmika Mandanna, is seen seated in the backseat alongside him while grinning heartily. “Iss Majnu ke kaam aur pyaar karneka tareeka alag hai,” said the poster’s caption. Released on January 20 exclusively on Netflix, Jaaniye Tariq aur Nasreen ki kahaani in Mission Majnu tells the tale of Tariq and Nasreen.

Earlier this month, Sidharth Malhotra offered a few sneak peeks at his appearance in Mission Majnu. He labelled one poster “Ek jaanbaaz agent ki ansuni kahaani (The untold story of a daring agent),” while he penned “Kya aap iss Majnu se milne ke liye taiyaar hain (are you ready to meet this Majnu)” on another.
